Manage Visitors and Compliance With EasyLobby® SVM™

EasyLobby Secure Visitor Management (SVM) helps organizations safely and efficiently manage visitors while achieving compliance. The software’s self-registration tools limit face-to-face interaction by allowing visitors to check in and can even be configured to create a lobby environment that does not require a receptionist.

To help achieve compliance, users can set limits to control the number of visitors allowed in the building. Furthermore, user-defined fields can be captured and saved to a visitor’s record, such as travel history and temperature readings. Alerts can also be triggered based on select criteria, such as a visitor responding “yes” to certain screening questions.
